Retained Recruitment

Brief Description

We provide an "end-to-end" management of the recruitment process. This consists of needs analysis, development and implementation of recruitment strategy, management of interview process, offer presentation, salary negotiation, resignation, references taking.

Process

The Recruitment Strategy is fivefold:

  1. Diagnosis — Objective and critical analysis of recruitment needs to determine a realistic assignment brief and total campaign strategy.
  2. Database Search — Contact those candidates known to us who are seeking a new appointment and meet the criteria set.
  3. Networking — We invest heavily in time and energy to ensure our database is not a stagnant list of names and numbers. The level of service, advice and commitment we offer all our contacts has created an active network of industry professionals who will reciprocate with information and valuable candidate referrals. This can be our most powerful tool in locating the candidates our clients need.
  4. Executive Search — To us, Search is not about cold, unsolicited approaches (headhunting). In conjunction with our clients, we will identify a target list of companies and individuals and then devise a "path of contacts" using personal referral and networking to gain credible access to these targets.
  5. Advertising — If the campaign strategy requires advertising, we will determine the relevant media, develop the advert concept, manage the response and of course, network unsuitable candidates.

Our approach may not seem dissimilar to most Executive Search and Selection companies. What sets us apart is the ability to leverage the knowledge of our contacts in your industry to ensure we reach the widest selection of candidates on our clients' behalf and as a result, deliver the best available choice.

Recruitment Fee

The fee payable is the same as with Contingency Recruitment, based upon a percentage of the "Total Annual Commencing Salary" of the individual placed with the client company. To secure our services throughout the duration of the assignment, we require a retainer of 30% of the expected Recruitment Fee upon commencement and a further retainer of 30% of the expected Recruitment Fee upon presentation of candidate shortlist. We work in an extremely niche market sector and have access to much privileged information regarding all our candidates and client companies. In order to preserve the integrity and confidentiality of the information and to avoid conflicts of interest, we have implemented a policy of not providing references on past campaigns and current clients.
